Fees payable by landlords
Fees payable by landlords/ clients vary depending on the number of instructions Charles David James are being invited to undertake. However fees will be no greater than those quoted as follows for each of the services offered:
I) Residential Lettings fees:
8.4% of the annual rent (Inclusive of VAT)
II) Residential Letting & Property Management fee combined:
14.4% of the annual rent (Inclusive of VAT)
III) In the event a tenant provided by Charles David James purchases the property they have been renting a fee of 1.2% (Inclusive of VAT) of the purchase price is payable by the landlord
